We met Mr. Nichols trough a referral of the sellerGÇÖs agent. We tried to purchase a house and the loan process was a little complicate because the amount of investments properties, and the fact that the buyer was out of the state resident. After 2 months of nightmares, the initial loan was denied the day before the closing. After the initial disappointment, we tried 2 more loan companies, and they were not able to help. We met Mr. Nichols trough a referral of the seller’s agent. After reviewing all the documents, in 2 days we were pre-approved with a very extensive list of conditions and documents requirements. We worked hard to provide what was asked, realizing that the majority of those documents were never required by the other agents. Mr. Nichols immediately understood the case; he was very, very knowledgeable, meticulous, organized, and helpful in pointing the way to get all the documents.The communication with him was great, email/phone/in person. We closed in less than 3 weeks. We are very thankful that we met him, and more thankful that he decided to take the case.We definitely recommend his services.

Great lender We purchased a new home from out of state with a VA loan. They had great rates, low fees (they beat all of the offers from the big box lenders), and were very helpful from start to finish. We had some technical difficulties at first in getting access to some of the e-paperwork, which we needed since we were out of state. Jon and his team were very responsive in working through those issues and ended up closing on time without issue. I'd recommend them to any potential home buyer.
